CNA Training School
When I chose to enter a school for CNA training, I felt I had made my final career choice. After a few years of assistant nursing, I decided to pursue further studies and I became a registered nurse. Again I was enamored with the work I was doing and decided to move on again. Today I am a nurse practitioner working alongside a physician and treating patients the same as a doctor. I can diagnose, and write prescriptions, but most importantly, I am able to assist patients back on the road to healthy living.
I look back now and see my nurse’s assistant training as stepping stone to a field that encompasses everything I hoped it would be. If you feel there is more you want to fulfill your life in the medical field, do not be afraid to explore the many options open to you. I may even go back to school and become a physician!
